01Who can apply

Wholesale pricing is available to registered businesses and organizations buying for resale or business use in the United States. You will need a business name, registered address and, for resale, a valid resale certificate or tax registration number.

02Opening a trade account

Email support@usagazebos.com with your business name and address, tax details, the products you are interested in and your expected order volume. We respond within 2 business days. There is no fee to open an account.

03Minimum orders and pricing

Trade pricing is quoted per order and depends on the products, quantities and delivery location. Minimum order quantities are confirmed in your quote, and quotes are valid for 14 days.

04Payment terms

Trade orders are paid in full before dispatch unless other terms have been agreed in writing.

05Lead times and delivery

We confirm stock and an estimated dispatch window in writing with every quote and update you if it changes. Multi-unit orders are consolidated onto freight shipments where possible. Dock, liftgate or inside delivery can be quoted on request.

06Returns on trade orders

Change-of-mind returns do not apply to trade orders. Damaged, defective and incorrect items, and short shipments, are covered in the same way as retail orders under our Refund and Returns Policy and Warranty Replacement policy.

07Resale conditions

You may resell products bought from us. You may not use the Usagazebos name, logo or our own photography in a way that suggests a partnership or authorization that does not exist.
